Definition
A Task is an Element that is used to set date/time-based actions. The actions are usually assigned to a user within the Project. The Element Type "Task" is often chained (nested) to another Element to describe actions to be executed for that specific Element.
- A Task is a pre-defined Element of the Type "Task".
- The Type "Task" has pre-defined Fields (see table below).
- Tasks can be assigned to any user in the Project.
- Tasks can be chained (nested) to other Tasks.
- A Predecessor Task can get defined for each Task.
- Tasks can be controlled and monitored in the two views:
- Project View
- Task Management View (Kanban Style)
